Delete your account

In the game

Sign in at nightsworn.com or in the Nightsworn app. Open your Profile, then Your data, and choose Delete my account. Type your character name to confirm and choose Delete forever.

Your account is deleted at once and for good: it cannot be undone. Download my data, just above, gives you a copy first if you want one.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to contact@nightsworn.com from the address you signed up with, and give your character name. We delete the account within one month and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

Your login (your email address and account id) and your character, with everything that belongs to it: items, gold, talents, achievements, friends and blocks, your place in a guild, the letters and battle reports in your mailbox, and whether you have Premium.

If you lead a guild, it passes to an officer, or closes if you were its only member.

What is kept

A letter you sent stays with the player who received it (it then shows as from a deleted player), and messages you wrote to your guild stay for its members until they expire (7 days).

Reports about you keep a copy of what was reported, without your account, until they expire (180 days after they are decided).

Payment records are kept by the payment providers (Google, Apple, Patreon) as long as tax law requires; we keep none of your card or bank details. A Google Play or Apple subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.

Our server's request records, which hold no IP address, last a few weeks.
