Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to play.

One account per person, with one character. Keep your login details to yourself: you are responsible for what happens on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. Deleting it is permanent.

Playing fair

Do not use bots, scripts or other automation, exploit bugs, or use several accounts to gain an advantage. Report bugs to us instead.

Do not harass other players. Character names, guild names and letters must not be abusive, hateful, sexual or impersonate others.

We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove names or messages that do.

Reporting and moderation

You can report a letter, a guild message, a character name or a guild that breaks these rules or the law, with the Report link next to it. We keep a copy of what you report for our moderators. You can also block a player: their letters no longer reach you.

People, not machines, decide on reports, as soon as we can (usually within a few days). The only automatic step is a filter that refuses some offensive words in names, guild names, mottos and letter subjects.

What we may do: remove a name (you then choose a new one for free), mute an account (no letters, guild messages, names or mottos for a time), suspend it (no playing for a time; you can still read your mail, download your data or delete your account) or close it for serious or repeated breaches.

When we act on your account or what you wrote, we tell you in a letter in the game what we did, why, which rule it breaks and for how long. Whoever reported it hears what we decided.

If you disagree with a decision, write to contact@nightsworn.com within six months and we will look at it again. You can also take the matter to the courts of your country.

Our single point of contact for players and for authorities (EU Digital Services Act) is contact@nightsworn.com, in English or Romanian.

Game items and gold

Gold, items and everything else in the game have no real-world value. You get a personal licence to use them in the game; you do not own them, and they cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money.

We keep improving the game, so numbers such as prices, drop chances and monster strength may change.

Premium and purchases

Premium costs $2.99 per month plus VAT on the website (the app stores show their own local price, tax included). It renews every month until you cancel.

New subscribers may get a free trial (3 days, once per account). Your payment method is taken at the start and charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before.

You can cancel at any time: on the website from the Premium page, in the app from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Premium until the end of the trial or the month you paid for; you are not charged again.

A character rename costs $1.99 plus VAT on the website and is used when you choose the new name.

Premium only adds convenience (more stored energy and Fury, longer offline XP, a bigger bag, more saved hunts, longer mail and kept battle reports). It never sells power.

The service

We try to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If we ever close the game, we will tell players at least 30 days before and refund any paid Premium time that has not been used.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. We are not liable for indirect losses; our liability for anything else is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms. We will show important changes in the game before they apply; if you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
