Cancelling Premium

Premium costs $2.99 per month plus VAT on the website (the app stores show their own local price, tax included). It renews monthly until you cancel.

Cancel at any time: on the website from the Premium page, in the app from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Premium until the end of the trial or paid month, and you are not charged again.

A free trial is charged when it ends unless you cancel before; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services and content that start at once, that right ends when they start, if you agree to this.

When you buy on the website we ask you to agree that Premium or your rename starts immediately and that you then lose the right of withdrawal. Without that agreement we cannot start the purchase.

Refunds

We do not refund part-used months or renames already bought, except where the law requires it.

We do refund charges made in error, charges after you cancelled in time, and paid time you could not use because the game was down for a long period or closed.

To ask for a refund of a website purchase, write to contact@nightsworn.com within 14 days of the charge, with your character name.

Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies: ask them through the App Store or Google Play.
